Membership Renewal Policy: All membership levels subject to a $50 discount off the annual membership price if membership renewed prior to lapsing. Membership renewals not paid in full within 30-days after the renewal due date (i.e., grace period) are considered lapsed and are subject to a one month locker rental fee ($50) if lockers are not cleared out. Lapsed members wishing to return after the grace period will be charged full membership price upon reactivation.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued within 30-days of full payment. All refunds will be charged a one month locker rental fee ($50) and charged for any store credit redeemed (store credit only applicable to Cellar Dweller Premiere Membership).
