Another Cuban Cigar win Cigar of the Year honors.

Wishing I was a bit more excited about this announcement, but they should be in separate category.  No No No, I don’t mean that they stand alone in a superb category,  I mean that they should just be in a separate category all together. Being unattainable in the largest cigar market in the world (USA) should automatically set them aside and be placed in a special category.  For example, Fuente’s Eye of the Shark cigar of the year 2017, the best cigar that you’ll never smoke, unattainable. 2016 Cigar of the Year, LFD’s Andalusian Bull, also mostly unattainable.  They should be in a limited release or special edition category.  In 2022, one of the smallest factories in Nicaragua wins the honors (Padron Cigars) and we were only on back order for 3 weeks! That is incredible.  They were able to supply all stores and meet public demand.  Why would CA pick a cigar that we would neeeeever be able to get our hands on?  One thing is for sure, we get to smoke Padron, AJ Fernandez, Oliva, My Father, E.P. Carrillo on a daily basis and the best tobaccos are all coming out of Nicaragua and the DR, and that wont change for a while.
